FRP material is one kind of fiberglass reinforced products , it includes SMC material,BMC material,DMC material ,it has light weight and high strength advantage . Hydraulic press used for FRP products is mainly used for make electrical box ,Water box panel , automobile inside decoration parts,tractordriving room and side plate etc .
Before the FRP sheet is pressed , the material should be heated inside the mould , according to the products quality requirements and user habit , there are three kinds of mode : conducting oil heating , steam heating , resistance heating . The following is main specification

Hydraulic press body:
The hydraulic press body is welded and fabricated by excellent carbon steel plate, the fabrications would be
annealed and sandblasted before the machining . The 4 pieces stand columns choose C45 carbon steel
material,the surface would be hardened and chromated.The ejecting cylinder is installed under the work table .
3.1 Hydraulic power unit is installed on the top of press .it consists of pump, motor ,valve block, oil tank, oil
filter, oil temperature display, oil level display. The main pump adopts axial plunger pump,the press working
speed could be adjusted easily .
3.2 Oil tank is welded with excellent steel plate. The oil tank has the washing window on the side with oil level mark. The air filter and integrated valve block etc is installed at top of the oil tank. There are antishock pipe
clamp laying on the hydraulic pipeline to prevent the leakage and shock of high pressure pipeline. All of the
pipeline should be pickled and passivated before installation to ensure the oil's clearness.
3.3 Oil filtering and cooling device:
Adopting water cooling device for oil cooling
keep the oil temperature below 60degree,when oil temperature reach 44°C, it should manually connect the cooling device. When reaching 55 degree, alarm and display on the touchtype screen. When reaching 60degree, the control system will cut off power and
stop work by force. At this time, all pump will stop running except lubricant pump and low pressure pump. Users
should ensure the cooling water temperature should below 25°C, water flow should be 10m3/h.
4.1 Operation cabinet and button centralized ,touch screen ,independent electric control cabinet .PLC has the shot counter function and memory function for various programme and production status.. The press could controlled by operation cabinet or touch screen separately
4.2 Adopting PLC control system,Intermediate relay makes PLC output point and electromagnetic valve connected
4.3 Power 380AV 50Hz; Control circuit and electromagnet DC24V.the temperature is controlled within 0-200°C,
5.1 Adjusting, manual and semi-automatic, total three mode.
A.Adjusting: To finish the function through pressing the related button, which is mainly used to adjust the
equipment and change the mould.
B. Manual: Pressing the operating button to finish the corresponding process action. The motion will stop
when pressing the stop-button or reaching the stroke end.
C.Semiautomatic: Pressing hands operating button to complete one procedure. The action sequence as
following:Fast closing→Slow closing Presure holding Release air on top of mould during slow openingFast opening Release air at bottom mould Ejector startRemove the part Ejector down Preparation for
5.2A Pressure meter is installed beside the press,the pressure could be adjusted by remote governing valve. B The position switch is installed on the press , the press speed could be changed with the change of
position,Within the position range,the press speed is slow , out of the position range , the press speed is fast .
C The slow approaching speed and slow return speed could be adjusted within 8-20mm/S .
D The mould heating temperature could be adjusted and showed by temperature control device
5.3 Safety device:
A Safety light curtain is installed in front of the press .
B Immediate stop buttons in case of abnormal condition.
C Upper limit switch and lower limit switch ( double protection )
D Hydraulic system return circuit has safety valve
F. Repair ladder and platform is installed on the press
G Mould safety feature: No press closing if ejector is up.
